Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description:
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to
- Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
- Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
- Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling.
- Responsible for Bill making, if required.
- Responsible for Handling customer Complaints and Queries
- Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed in case of exigency and emergency requirement.
