Position: Assistant Centre Head
Experience: Min 1-6 years

Looking for the post of Assistant Centre Manager in the world’s biggest brand – Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd..!!

Location: Anywhere in India
Salary – Up to 21,000/- per month + Incentives.
Preferably female candidates only.

Looking for someone who has experience in Store/Branch/Clinic/Center handling/Customer Care/ Customer service.

Job Description:

• To ensure that the clinic meets/exceed the Sales Targets provided to it.
• To be responsible for Product Explanation / Counseling.
• Should do follow up calls as and when required.
• Train, Guide and Motivate the clinic teams to perform better.
• To take the responsibility of complete operations in the clinic such as clinic infrastructure, machines, stocks, tools, petty cash and the operational standards.
• To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
• Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed in case of exigency and emergency requirement.
• Reporting to CENTER HEAD/ ASM.

Terms & Conditions :

• Weekend mandatory working.
• Training in Mumbai/Delhi for 15-20 days.
• Attire should be Business formals only. No casual wear.
• Non-Veg food is not allowed at clinic premises.

Key Skills:

Presentation Skills, Fluent in English, Teamwork, Sales, Team Management, Inventory management, Frontdesk handling.
